A Little Christmas Cheer

Here's a little Christmas cheer to brighten your day. I loved this cartoon when I saw it!

There are only 6 shopping days until Christmas. I hope no one has to brave the crowds and do any last minute shopping. If you still haven't found the perfect gift for me don't fret...cash is always gladly accepted at this establishment! Seriously, I hope you all have a great week leading up to Christmas and hopefully I will see many of you in just a few days!

  2. Fran, I found your blog reading Kimberly's Cancer Blog. I love your spirit as you head out on your difficult journey, and the way you bring humor to it all.

I was touched by reading about cutting your hair. Kimberly cut off her hair yesterday. She had a rough weekend and needs some good cheer.

If you can find the energy to stop by on her blog and offer her words of encouragement it would be appreciated.

Although we haven't met, you remain in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. Hey Fran,

Yondale sent me your blogs email address this morning. Glad to see your spirits are up. Did not expect anything less from such a beautiful young lady with such a big heart. You even look good without your hair.

I would like to add one of my favorite Psalms to your list, Psalms 91:1-8. It gives me great comfort in times of stress.

Stanley keeps us posted on your conditions but, now I'll just read your blog.

    Love and God Bless,

    James Mears

  4. Thanks so much for the Christmas Cheer! I received the same bunch of cartoons as you did and boy they are great. Feeling a little bit better today. You seem to have so much grace!!!! What do you sleep with on your head now? Mine is always cold. I can't believe your hair was falling out after only the first chemo! Wow~ I have two wigs, did you get any? I hope you are still feeling ok and that the second treatment is easy for you. I am babbling, sorry. Best, Kimberly
